  • EHome First-Time Homebuyer Education Course

As a HUD-approved housing counseling agency, we have partnered with eHome America to provide a comprehensive and flexible First-Time Home Buyer online education.

This course is designed to help individuals navigate the homebuying process effectively.

Participants will learn about essential topics including budgeting, credit management, mortgage options, and homeownership opportunities. It is important to note that many mortgage lenders and down payment assistance programs require first-time buyers to complete a HUD-approved education course.

Upon successful completion of the counseling session with our HUD-approved housing counselor, clients will receive a certificate of completion, which can be presented to their lender if required.
