Our inclusive and supportive environment welcomes participants of all skill levels and body types. No experience necessary. Equipment provided or bring your own. Yoga classes are free of charge and include Gentle, Trauma-Informed Yoga/Movement, Guided Meditation & Visualization Techniques, Community Engagement & Discussion, and Journaling. Come early or stay after (up to one hour) for access to resources, services and networking. *Registration is required for each class.
